The main challenge was to create an integrated platform where students could effectively plan and engage in their learning, while instructors would find it easy to offer, manage, and sell their courses. The existing solutions lacked personalization, user engagement, and a seamless experience.

We started with a broad information search using public data sources, aiming to analyse the target audience’s key needs and pain points while evaluating the technical possibilities for our platform.
